Vehicle chunks into props?

I have tried it, so don't say I didn't is it possible to trun vehcile chunks into placible objects?
When I load them in ZE, they don't appear on the screen

Make sure your ODFs are set up properly.

You mean the odfs in the odfs folder and mshs and tgas in the msh folder?

Yes, you do have to take those things into account but what I meant is make sure there aren't any errors/incorrections with your ODFs.

What you need is a ODF and a MSH file
Copy the Chunks in your World folder open a odf File and rename the Geometrie in the Chunck name put this in the ZE and ready.
The Problem is Chunks has no Collisions!

I turn chunks into props all the time and most of them have collision, although it may not match up exactly with the model.

Indeed, unless you have a really small collision mesh in the msh file already, or if you have a msh.option with a -nocollision parameter, then VM will automatically generate collision.
