i made an soldieranim using inverse kinematics, then i keyframed all necessary frames (even tried keyframing all frames)
and deleted the IK-controllers. i played the anim in xsi to see was everything is correct and it was
but when i export the animations its about 1.5-2 times fastar than in xsi and other anims with the same amount of keyframes
i had this problem before and "fixed" it by deleting most of the keyframes and adding them again, but since this is just an emergency-solution i would like to know if there is any other way to get rid of this disturbing issue?

What is your playback frame rate?
Click Playback, should be down at the bottom by the play controls
Then click playback options and look at the bottom half of the pop up box, under precision the Format should be either NTSC 29.97 frames or 30 frames either will work although using 30 will give a framerate conversion error during the animation munge.

Re: speeded-up animation (unwanted)
changing the framerate doesnt change anything and the scene of the too-fast anim has the same playback preferences as alll other animscenes who work properly
