Mass Selection in ZE [Solved]
In ZeroEditor, how does one select many item, such as a drag-select? I know that there is the "multi select" button but it requires you to click each object individually. I want to be able to move a cap ship and all its turrets/components at the same time without having to tediously select everything one at a time. Or, perhaps, how does one link an object to another? So that when one is moved so are the others? Thanks.

Multiselecting capital ships for saving OBG files
If you just want to move an existing Cap ship, in ZE go to "object" edit mode and click "multiselect", zoom far out so you can see the entire ship, then hold the "shift" key and drag a box around the whole ship, which in turn will select every part of the ship, then using "c", you can move the whole group up, down, or side to side, or using "z" you can rotate the whole group.
If you want to place them in a "land" map:
Create a "test" space assault map in Modtools VisualMunge ,then open ZE and load the "test" space .wld file.
Then go into "Object" edit mode and click "multiselect".
You will need to zoom far out to see the entire ship.
Then hold the "shift" key and drag a box around the Capital ship and then save it as "object group" located at the bottom left of the tools.
What this does is save everything that you selected on the cap ship into 1 file(it saves in the world1 folder). If you want to place a Cap ship on say a land map, just load up that .obg file and you can simply place another ship without having to select each and every part again but you also must have it's corresponding odf, msh and textures in your data_ABC\Worlds\ABC ODF and MSH folders.
Once you make your ".obg" file just copy it into the data_ABC\Worlds\ABC\ODF folder of your project map.
Open ZE for your project map and load your .wld file and go into "object" edit mode and click on "multiselect" and load your .obg file(that we copied and pasted) and just place it wherever you want as many times as you want.
