need to know how and how to change the laser sounds too

lol i just figured this out today-for the color look in a file of a weapon that contains your laser color, for example use the clone rifle for blue, look in the rep_weap_inf_rifle_ord.odf and not the rifle look in the files of the vehicle weapon but not the main one. look for a line like this: laserTexture = bluelaser_D or what ever the color of the selected weapon is. then make it redlaser_D for red violetlaser_D for purple, and so on. the next step is the energt colour. below laser texture there are two lines that say:laserglowcolor and lasercolor, the numbers next to these symbolise the outside of the laser, and change these numbers on the vehicle weapon to whatever is there on your laser color ODF. then munge, and there you have it

The values you mentioned would not be RGB references of a certain color ?
