What is a good abbreviation name for a mod?
Well, I want to make a quick side mod expansion and can't think of any abbreviation mod names.
When I mean abbreviation name I mean a name like the earlier mod called 'TEC mod' [tactical enhanced wat-so-ever].
Ps- My side mod is for every side.
Any ideas?
Lol, I meant Advanced Equiptment!

Telling what your goal is in this mod would help in the creative process. (is it about making it more realistic, canon, fun, cool, dark, light etc?)

On a more serious note, it's really up to you what you use. Although logical abbreviations are normally a plus.

Agreed. You really should just come with a name first. Then check the acronym and see if you like it.IndianaJoe wrote:um, don't you start with a name first then think up an acronym for it??

I bet the Admins here really hate it when you make a joke. Then everyone has to quote it and add their own silly comment to it.The_Emperor wrote:The

Back on topic:
I have many abbreviations for my work:
tro: Trooper
mas: My awesome side
Those are just some. I usually come up with a random phrase, abbreviate it, and then come up with a cool name that goes with it.
For instance:
I'm Really Super-cool
IRS
Insanely rocking side
Or some variation there of.
Or you could ignore everything I said and listen to the thinking people above.
EDIT:
GEM, Genetically Enhanced M-gameplay

I put the answers in the spoiler at the bottom, and it says: "Any other occurences that appear to be purposeful are purely coincidental and do not reflect the views of the author. Thank you."
You are 98% wrong. (2 of them are answers, but you have such wrong reasons I think I'm going to vomit)

You don't have to use an abbreviation...
