I'm looking for a plugin, program, or tutorial that will help me get San Andreas models into XSI and back so I can edit them for my island mod I'm wanting to do. Anyone knows how to do this as free as possible?
(I prefer to use XSI cause I know the interface a lot better than 3ds max/Gmax)

Linus, I'm not sure it's the best idea to tell off an admin....
@ShadowHawk, did they release those models to the public? Otherwise I'm not totally sure this is legal.....

RE: Import/export GTA:SA .dff models to XSI help
wise words. I wouldn't ask my friends here if I didn't exhaust all my options (search, msg boards, etc.)
It's legal. I'm taking a few land models from the game, reshaping them to the size and shape of the new island I'm planning, then placing them back into the game in a different location to form a separate island off the coast next to the boardwalk.
