Hi,
At one point I had STWBF2 installed on two computers, later on one of my computers files got corrupted, and STWBF2 had to be uninstalled. I was ready to reinstall it, but then I realized I had forgotten my disc, so I put my STWBF2 files from one computer and put it on my other computer via USB. Later I got into modding and installed the mod tools. Now, I've run into some problems, and I want to run the modtools.exe so I can generate I Bfront2 log but I don't have a disc. Does anyone know a download or fix for modtools that let's you run them without a disc? Thank you.

Answer - The BF2_modtools.exe is the debug executable, copy it from C:\BF2_ModTools and paste it in the same folder as your BattlefrontII.exe, usually:
C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars Battlefront II\GameData
you can launch BF2_modtools.exe and play your map then exit or let it crash to generate a BFront2.log located in that same folder.
If you have the DVD version of SWBF2 check THIS LINK for a compatible version of the BF2_modtools.exe

Re: BF2_Modtools.exe
Sorry, I only did a quick scan, I guess I wasn't thorough enough. I'll look more carefully next time, thank you very much.
EDIT: Here are my error codes. Some help would be very much appreciated.

Copy com_weap_inf_lightsaber.odf from \BF2_ModTools\assets\sides\Common\odf\ and paste it into your side's \odf\ folder.yuke5 wrote:Message Severity: 3

Better yet, do the easy and proper thing and just copy the common side folder found in Assets/Sides to your Data_ABC/sides folder.
