New to modding. Also new to Gametoast.

_Build > Modtools Visual Munge> Set my 3 letter file, name, description> Selected Hero Assault
> "Create World" was pressed.

data_NEW > _BUILD > Modtools VisualMunge > "Select All" > Munge.
Munge Output:

\Common was unexpected at this time.
Munging addme.lua...done.
Copying files to Battlefront II directory:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Star Wars Battlefront II\GameData"
Addon dir exists, continuing...
Mod dir "NEW"exists, continuing...
Copying addme.script to mod dir...done
Copying "mission.lvl" to modDir\data\_LVL_PC\...done
Copying "core.lvl" to modDir\data\_LVL_PC\...done
Copying "NEW" to modDir\data\_LVL_PC\...done
Copying "SIDE" to modDir\data\_LVL_PC\...done
Munge process finished

Launch BF2_modtools_NoDVD > Map appears as NEW%s_%$> Hero Assault, GCW, addmap > Launch

FATAL
Could not open mission.lvl

I went to my addon folder > NEW > data > _LVL_PC [Folder is Empty]

Not sure how to proceed. Any and all help is appreciated. Apologies if my description of the problem is odd, I try to avoid fluff.

Hi Quigz! Welcome to gametoast!
Here's from the Q&A. It has lots of helpful answers. http://gametoast.com/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=13806
Question #6 - I'm using Windows Vista/7/8.x/10 and I munged my new map, but it isn't showing up here:
C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars Battlefront II\GameData\Addon
so where is it?
Answer - Your newly munged map might have been copied to this location:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars Battlefront II\GameData\Addon
or click on the Compatibility Files button in the Addon folder.
To enable VisualMunge access to your Battlefront folder, use this tutorial.

Hope this helps! -Maggy
