Unless you're me. Really, I always try to keep it as low-poly as possible. I don't see anything wrong with cubes. They do work, but they aren't exciting as super mega cheese doodely accurate models.

Well, I do not blame you. I have been into XSI for about 1,5 years, and I learned some weeks ago what a poly was. I always thought that they were the
points (So I thought a cube had four polies for example). Polygons are the
surfaces, so a simple cube has six polygons. To find out your model's polycount, click the "I" icon (Stats) and then hit the "U" key.
