I have been practicing with GIMP lately and I decided to post some skins....


This is my 501st Clone Commander skin, I think the current commander in the game does not fit with the 501st very well, so I created this.... This is a clone skin that I was just experimenting with one day and I like the effect I got, I call it a Blazetrooper.... And finally this is my plain armor Clone Scout Trooper, It is still a Work in Progress, but I gotten most of the helmet done, later on I will add more detail and I will update.... Please give me comments on how I could improve my skins or what you think of them.

Also, PM me if you would like to use any skin.

I also figured out while making it that the edge-detect filter is awesome for making bump maps.

Nice DC-15a . Add a few more protruding lines at the end and it'll be perfect .

It is not bad at all, i like it! Only try to use blur on the boundaries between the purple and other... I like it..

Try messing around with the brightness/contrast a bit, it's a bit too obvious that you simply inverted colors Increasing contrast'll make it look less...ghostly

@emperor, I think it looks cool when it look like a ghost .
You should make it slightly transparent, and make it ghostly troopers.

I think a skin cant be transparent

I guess you could say the trooper had been under an extreme paintball attack.

Well. It looks more like blood than my Phase-I that looks like he died from Tomato Sauce.

Also, you CAN make skins transparant, just look at the wookiee fur for example!
