Ok. Ms. Grammar Cop. XD
Well anyways, haven't started my ARC Hammer model yet. Probably going to wait for the weekend. Less busy. I'll need a lot of reference pictures though. lol

Re: Model showcase thread
Technically, it's more correct to say "Foolis's" based on the fact that it's a singular noun in which the possessive syllable is not pronounced. However, I believe it is accepted to say "Foolis'," despite the convention being "Foolis's."Penguin wrote:Foolis'Caleb1117 wrote:Foolis'es (?) or would it be correct to say Foolis's? Re: Model showcase thread
Now that I know that the first time I made the Twilek merc, the hands messed up cause the bones where hidden, I decided to make some more additions while I was fixing it.
Added a Bothan Utility belt, and holster.

Beefed up the armor so its more geometry then it is texture.

And added a (slightly modified) Republic Commando backpack.

This mercenary is ready to roll!

Re: Model showcase thread
So are you just using the twilek tentacle bolton I had in the heroes side? As long as you have it in XSI I'd just attach it there. Looks uber-sweet btw.

Actually I did think of that, so I could arrange the tentacles just so, but I didn't, changed my mind I guess.
But since I can't really make geometry addons, I figured I'd just slap some extras on.

Ever made a working Backpack addon? Cause I know someone who could use one.

Nice Merc btw, that belt looks good, and the backpack makes it look like heavier armor. (Didn't some KotOR armors have backpacks? Besides standard soldier clothing)

Yea I was looking to beef the armor look, I don't show a pic of it, but I enlarged the Vambraces too.

Re: Model showcase thread
Here is the model list I am currently going to be doing solely for people doing space maps:
1. ARC Hammer
2. Doomgiver-II (same as D-I, just without the pods. And has more turret spots on it.)
3. Eclipse-class Super Star Dreadnought
4. Dreadnought-class Cruiser
5. Chancellor-class Star Destroyer (found a side-view schematic of it. Pretty huge. Republic ship too.
)
6. Guardian-class Star Destroyer (also Republic ship)
7. Preservation-class Star Destroyer
8. Unification-class Heavy Frigate (cross between Acclamator and Venator, pretty much.)
I dare not try the Revenge-class Heavy Carrier. That thing is HUGE.
