Problems with skinning objects [Solved]

Hi,
i made a map, with some objects from hoth, but theire tgas didn't fit to the map, so i decided to change them:
i rename them and make the tgas i want insteed
so in ZE the objects looks like i want but in the game they doesn't :(

can someone help me? what did i wrong?

I'm guessing that you saved them with RLE compression on? (it's in the pop-up box when you use "save as..." on a .tga in Gimp)

no i didn't safe them (when i do i always uncheck RLE) i only copy the yavs tga and rename them like the old-tgas called

the visualmunge won't update files unless the "Date Modified" is newer than the last time the file was munged, open and save the tga's and it will munge them.

Well, but that's not how you reskin something. It simply doesn't work that simply.
You have to edit the original ones, the error is probably caused because the textures you renamed have different dimensions than the old ones.

Dimensions have nothing to do with it. kinetosimpetus is correct that a copy and paste won't be registered until after a clean and remunge or the files are opened and re-saved.
