@Coda: well that's very... hum, very... hum... red. Judging from that reference pic of yours, the helmets of those troopers are a lot similar to the Paratrooper helmet, perhaps you should experiment with that.

The Tie-fighter looks nice. But the helmet of the stormtrooper looks a bit blurry.

If we could use more than 3 smileys here, there'd be a 4-line string of s and s. That is one awesome skin. IMO you have just the right amount of burn/dirt marks and you added the perfect amount of other types of details.

Maybe you could envmap it, like the Royal Guard model? This would give you a much better effect then you can achieve with a skin.

Well I believe thats related to .msh mechanics.

I won't release as a model, but the skin only. Modders can envmap as they wish.

@Par3210: He, good one, here's my first attempt in skinning : cCredit goes to Labj for his clone parts(and to those who worked with him on them)

Way too painty, use the hue for the parts that are already colored and multiply for the white parts, it makes them look 1OO% better

Also, you and par maybe should credit labj for the templates (a small notice in the end of a post is very nice)
