How do you get the Electro-Binoculars to work ingame?

They should already. There only function is that they are a zoom tool. Are they not appearing ingame? Post the odf of the character you would like to use them.

Do they have to be in the "Gun" Weapon Channel,
or the "Grenade" Weapon Channel?

I believe they can be in either, but experiment with both. To use them press the middle mouse button (or whatever your zoom buttom is) then use the arrow keys.

If I put the binoculars in the "Grenade" Channel, the gun will zoom instead of the binoculars.
When in the "Gun" Channel, the binoculars work fine.
