Man, that sounds cool. The blurred clone/empire idea you did. That is a great touch of detail. Never seen it done for this. Keep it up man. Look forward to testing this out or just playing it

@Anakin
The unit model textures including the rodian are done by me(I have a ton of really awesome looking ones that went un-used and might make thier way as assets soon) The model itself was done by tirpider. The weapon textures and the scope were done by Unit33. The probe droid model was made by Nedarb7 with the kitbashed weapon models done by republic commando.
Here is a sample of what went un-used:
I take skin work very seriously and im glad that the fruits of my labor as well as the labor of my associates is paying off.

That all looks awesome. But now i know what i don't like at the colored armors. All textures have details and shadows. But not the colored part. Maybe you can have a look at it.
Keep the great work up and i'd be glad to see some more textures in the released assets thread from you.

Woah Woah. Your saying those stormtrooper skins are cut content?! If their not going to be in the mod do you mind releasing the skins for the community? They look incredible.

Incredable screenshots provided by Glitch25, a fellow modder and good friend. I have a feeling some people will have a problem with the pink/violet rodian, the skin is simply a test and the color of him will be decided through a poll when the time comes. You guys will have some kind of influence in some parts of the mod and polls are a great way for you guys to get involved.(Will come soon as well as a public demo for those asking)

This looks like the "plo koon unit" pulls the clone down. If that's the case how you did it? Looks really cool. Nice job

Cannon fodder! Haha
This looks amazing! It is great to see mods made from the III-IV era, as it provides a lot of creative room, and you positively took advantage of it. Those model look gorgeous, and I think that, as much as I would like to get my paws on a beta, should keep taking your time to make the whole mod provide the great quality that has been shown.
Also, are you considering making this into a mappack? That would be cool.
Keep up the great work!

Public Beta #1
http://www.mediafire.com/download/y2dw8 ... 0w/IC3.zip
Knock yourselves out. Need feedback on gameplay, not so much on bugs. Suggestions will be noted for the next beta such as battle worn paint jobs. Its always important to read the "ReadMe" included. Other than that enjoy and be as critical as you wish with the feedback. If anyone makes a video of this, please remember to mention this is a beta and not a final product.

Downloading! Does avast antivirus give warnings on mediafire for anyone else? It didn't always.
EDIT: bug report
hd e11 doesn't have a shadow
many missing textures for effects
medkit icon covers ammo count so you can't see it
award weapon causes me to not be able to use the normal weapon or the award weapon
imperial rocket launcher orientation feel weird, maybe just me.
I also noticed that you were using the high rez models for the low rez as well, and it made them all stretchy. You should use tirpider's schme tool to envelop them to the low rez skeleton for you (for units with no cloth / tentacle). For aalya's model you can use this one:
http://www.swbfgamers.com/index.php?act ... w;down=373 and it will still work.

Wow, I really like this beta so far. For a beta, it seems really polished. I like the rebel rocket launcher, but the two-shot salvo is difficult to get used to. I really like the scatter-gun, its salvo is much more manageable. Also, the models/skins are fantastic! Really, the only complaint of mine is that the empire crushes the rebellion by a solid 20-30 troops each time (it might be because they have more explosive weapons, I'm not really sure). Also, you need to fix the award weapons by getting rid of their code, or adding them. Other than that, great job!

Great mod so far only problem I found was that the normal stormtrooper class when you switched to the pistol you couldn't then switch back to the main weapon.
Models and skins are top notch and look very professional.
On to the suggestions.
It would be neat to see your take on the 501st after the end of the clone wars.
Also it would be cool if you decide to create more sides in your mod if you did a hybrid of the ep3 armor and stormtrooper armor.
Was a pleasure to play and cant wait for the next update!
