Notifications Maybe?

Is it possible for the admins or the owners of this site to invent new tabs/features? Cause it would be kewl if you made a topic then someone replied and there was notification bar at the top saying ' cheesecake replied to your topic post'. or something.

Hasn't that feature been around for like, years now? I know 99% of forums have it built in, but admittedly I've never used it here. Maybe it's disabled. Dunno

EDIT: it still doesn't work, lucasfart replyed to me and it didnt notify me ?
