Munging Error

I just finished the base work for a side request today, and went to munge it. The munge went fine, fast, until it hit the rep_inf_felucia_trooper_low1, the lowres, and a message popped up saying that Visual Munge has encountered an error, and needs to close. The munge freezes until I click okay, and then it finishes the munge, the bad way, by forcing it to finish before everything has been munged. This is an old problem that I've had, and it's always been with this one item. If anyone has played my Republic mod, they will have noticed that there is no felucia trooper ingame anymore, Kashyyk and Felucia have a different sniper model. That is why, because I've encountered horrible issues with the mod when this has happened. The problem though, is that this new mod is only supposed to change a few things, and the felucia trooper wasn't one of them. So I need to know what the problem is with this model, and how I can fix it.
Anyone?!

Have to tried running your mod with BF2_modtools? If not, I think I know a way to help you.

Yes, I did. It's not the running part, it's the minging that creates an issue. And it's always rep_inf_feluciatrooper_low1, nothing else, just that.

Do any of the munge logs show an error?

Nope, only the usual warning, rep_inf_trooper has 784 vertices and no collision geometry, using normal collision geometry(WILL BE SLOW!!). I get that with just about all of the .msh in the republic side.
It would help if they did though. What happens is that it stops the munge, and then I have to munge it again, and I get about half of my msh folder that needs to be munged, and it doesn't finish the munge there either. I need to munge about three to four times to get all of the stuff munged, which is a pain, and has frozen the game before. It's also removed the campaign menu screen from ingame some times, I don't know how, but it has. I've gotten the side to work, but it does cause issues that I would rather avoid.
