Does anyone know where I can watch free episodes of SW:TCW online, preferably those that I don't have to download?
I've searched for like an hour.

Youtube isn't a good place to find episodes, by the way.

Fixed, but same general idea.

Cartoon Network only seems to have clips; starwars.com only seems the have the most recent episodes.

I'm looking for episodes from Seasons 2 and 3.

You should have specified, then. I don't think you can find all of the episodes online. You can always buy the DVDs.

streaming is downloading. the stream is downloaded as a temporary file on your computer. the difference to conventional downloading is that the file is downloaded in a way that allows to open and view it while its still being downloaded.

Correct. However, usually when people refer to downloading they refer to downloading a non-temporary, non-read-only file that they can open and play whenever they want; when people refer to streaming they usually refer to watching a video online or watching a live video stream.

But the original point is ShadowWing thought the concept of downloading only pertains to physicially acquiring a video file from the Internet. So it would make no sense for me to even bring up streaming in the first place because he didn't use the word "stream" but rather "download," and streaming is downloading as we've established. So Marth, you really didn't fix anything. You caused even more confusion that people needed to clear up.

ShadowWing originally meant he would rather watch episodes of TCW via streaming on web-based video players instead of downloading a physical file with the popup window that asks where you want to save the file. He thought downloading only referred to the latter, but streaming, the method he preferred, is indeed downloading. So he used the word "download" incorrectly to an extent. And so I clarified that one is in fact downloading when streaming videos without using the word "streaming." Why would I quote:

If I were to used "streaming"? It would make no sense in that context. How could you stream a video without technically downloading it? Downloading is the most basic, and it encompasses streaming, hence the "technically" originally used. Had I used "streaming" instead, which, again, would make no sense in the context of my original post, I would drop the "technically" adverb.

Sry for this slight bump, but i wanted to ask if it´s possible to watch season 4 on the Internet ?? I looked at Star wars.com and they didn´t have the epsiodes only previews, so I don´t think I can watch it. The thing is they don´t show it on german Tv, that i´m aware of.So does anyone kow where ic could watch it ?

starwars.com should have the most recent 2 or maybe 3 full episodes, and previews for all episodes.

But the strange thing is, the whole episodes are like the 13th or 14th episode, so I don´t really want to watch those because I missed the story, before that .

It seems the site gradually removes the earliest past episodes when adding the latest recent episodes. It's probably to give viewers who "missed the show on TV" a time frame to catch up while not lowering DVD sales.
