Orbiter MSH files?

Well I found this site that is called orbiterwiki that has a program that reminded me of Rep's meshex, except this one is called Mesh Maker and it exports .3ds to .msh files, however they are called orbiter msh files which I don't know if they are different or not. Here is the link that explains it if anyone wants to try it out:

http://www.orbiterwiki.org/wiki/Converting_to_msh

Apparently you will also need a program called Anim8tor if you want it to work also.

Orbiter msh files aren't the same as Battlefront msh files even though they have the same file extension.
Get an XSI Foundation Trial and install the Pandemic Tools, problem solved.

He means the Pandemic add-on, found in the BF2_ModTools\XSI_Addon folder.

Cuz the darn Softimage people want to money. The demo gives a glimpse at what you could have, but you won't get the nifty features that the actual product has.

Although one has to wonder if that was accidental or not for the add-on not working for the demo...

The most important part, export. The edit flags options however do work.

So I take it you have to buy 5.0 right? Because for some reason MeshEx stopped working out of nowhere. It was weird cause it worked before. The program is incredible though rep. Just wish I could get this one model exported, because It took me a long time to make. :(

Or ask someone to export for you.

So is the export button greyed out? I would check, but the computer with it is down for the moment.
