Problem with Sweet FX [Solved]

I have attempted to install the Sweet FX graphics enhancement on Battlefront II, I followed everyone's instructions on installing it (I put the contents of the folder in the zip into the GameData folder), but when I try to start SWBF2 after I installed it I get the error message "d3dx9_43.dll was not found", I have tried reinstalling directX but it didn't work. I have the Fan Favorites version of Battlefront II installed in "C:\Program Files\Lucasarts\Star Wars Battlefront II" on a Windows XP tower.
My specs:
System:
Microsoft Windows XP Professional Version 2002 Service Pack 3
Computer:
Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher
Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3.00GHz
2.99GHz, 0.99 GB of RAM
Physical Address Extension
Display Adapter:
Intel 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset Family

try this
have the zipped folder on your desktop.
right click on it and select extract all.
extract the folder to the desktop.
you should now have a zipped folder and an unzipped folder call Sweet FX on you desktop.
open the unzipped one and paste the contents into this folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\LucasArts\Star Wars Battlefront II\GameData
run BF2 from here : C:\Program Files (x86)\LucasArts\Star Wars Battlefront II\GameData
It does not work if you try to run it from the launcher.

Still doesn't work.

last try,
Do everything I told you to do except move the files to this location:
C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\LucasArts\Star Wars Battlefront II\GameData

This won't work.

Wrong OS. (I run XP)

eax.dll, but I had backed it up and put the old one back after the first uninstall.

redownload sweetfx from the official website and use the files from there. Jimmy's are a little bit strange. I had some problem with long loading time,..
if you donwload it from the websites there are not so much files and it's faster

I agree, deleted my old and got Annie's mentioned ones.

It's a lot faster and looks about the same. I guess mine had some extra ones from skyrim on accident.
Edit: now I know why I liked mine better, the FPS never changes. with the one Anakin mentioned, It was faster loading, but worse performance.

No, I have not.
I have tried running stock SWBF2 on high settings and it caused major lag. So I am starting to believe that my PC simply cannot handle sweet FX.

You mean your pc is 1,5 years old and you are running win XP???
The grafic adapter says nothing to me. I need to have a closer look at it.
My notebook is about 3 years old, running now win 8.1 and the grafic card is from the amd radeon hd6000m series
