You know how you can add effects to certain bones?
Well where(if there is one) can I find a list of what bones each person or what parts every object has?
Does it even exist?

Use a Hex Editor to open the ".msh" file for whatever unit you want to see and press:
ctrl+f
then search for:
bone
and you'll be able to scan through all the bones for that unit.
