I believe there's a list of some XFire usernames somewhere on GT. And whoever's username you don't have you can ask for.

And whoever doesn't have XFire really ought to download it. It's free, useful, and really would work a lot better as far as organizing something like this is concerned. You get a better sense of when people are online as well as the invaluable ability to IM with them rather than sporadically forum-chat.

I doubt anyone will really care. But I set up an Xfire Community designed to cordinate any and all GT SWBF2 Matches. I just thought I would, I doubt anything will come of it but I thought it might be worth a shot.

I thought there already was a GT group, something of a holdover from the [GT] clan. Why not just use that one?

Because it's almost completely inactive; it's like a Facebook page, a bunch of people join it but they never really do anything together as a group, or a clan in this case.

Well, we could work to make it active...

If you are refering to THIS community, there is almost no way to bring it back as 70% of the people there do not play SWBF2 or even use xfire anymore.

Sounds like fun. I'll probably be on most of the day, except for meals and other stuff, I dunno. My time zone is PST, so keep that in mind.

Ideas compilation: everyoen who wants to participate will post 1 map vote and time zone on the Xfire page. Then, the most popular votes will be added to a "gaming addon folder" which can be swapped in during "game nights." Times will be kept posted on the Xfire pages (and on GT?)
Perhaps some time-zone specific matches like a European match or an American West Coast vs East coast match?

I vote for Battle Arena 2. It was desigined as a multiplayer map and if we get tired of killing each other we could always play chess or sit in a hot tub.

If we get a server going I will certainly play when I can.

i Probably wont play for awhile but
i think probably one of the best maps to play MP on is DMI
i hosted one of the main servers when it first came out and it was extremely fun playing with all of GT
