New forum for "The Dark Times"

Since the scope of "Dark Times II: Rising Son" is somewhat larger than the original "Dark Times," it is taking the step up from "topic" to "forum." I had promised myself that I wouldn't open up a forum for this project unless I'd gotten at least a couple other mappers interested (they will post eventually) in helping and unless I had a few maps done myself. Because I've reached a point where there is going to be enough information on individual maps alone (not to mention any larger future plans), here we are.
