Hello everybody. Today I wanna show you my newest discovery.
My newest discovery is a possiblity to connect space with ground.
Finally I found a possiblity to do that, but just look here:
A small trick to reduce the time to sw-bf3.

Hm... not if he keeps the land battlefront away from the space battlefront. As long as they are not overlapping each other in the vertical, it is possible. Actually, I've seen this method before... anyone remember Attack On The Death Star? Wait a sec.... that was Redline too!
Oh, you're good, Red. You're good.

It appears to be pretty well-executed for the most part, but one obvious problem is the lack of gravity for flyer chunks while in the atmosphere. It would bug me a lot as a player to see chunks either floating away in the atmosphere or falling 'downwards' in space.

My concern is AI intelligence. Youre going to need a lot of AI in order to make the battle look good in both land and space. I remmember that the reason my version of this didn't work in Landing at Point Rain is because there were simply too many AI required for the size of map that I was making, how are you going to compensate? Also, what about barriers, the space map is massive but the ground map is relatively small, unless you have one giant cone shaped barrier wall I don't see how that will work.

i would make them fall downwards, i mean, the bombs in shipped space fall downwards too.
oh and great work readline!

Well, this is what we've all been waiting for, and looks like you've done a really good job.

Ooooooh, I see a problem. What if some guy takes a bomber, flies it into the atmosphere, and just bombs the land forces flat?

That's a problem in a lot of maps with star fighters. I believe on Capital Down 2 I made 1000 kills against the AI with only 3 deaths. Needless to say my K/D in my profile (having used it for nearly 3 years before this) jumped by about 5 .

But I think if the author modified the bomber's bombs to have a smaller damage radius it would be fine.
