Yeah well I only just figured out how to do filters and I still can't do much else that would keep texturing and shading, etc. If some one could tell me how to do this...

I assume you're using Photoshop...

If you want your work to look good, you need to practice and pour your heart into your work. Educate yourself in the ways of the Photoshop and train for a couple of years.

practise makes perfect, young padawan... you can't give step-by-step tutorials on making skins, tuts on basic techniques at most. Art is about learning by doing. Look at pieces of other ppl (retail tetures of games, or texes of mods ect) and ask yourself how you'd do certain things. Just try and error And if you take it seriously, dont give up too fast. I can assure you that your "old" work will make you laugh in a few years lol Also you will never really stop learning. Among other things because of new technologies and so on (normal mapping ect..)

I'd make the visor just the slightest bit larger, that way it will cover more area and look more too scale.
