Has anyone encountered this?

Here is where it comes from on the skin

This is simply a reskin of Obi-Wan. What would cause this and how do I fix it?

Yeah it was an error when they UV'd the model I believe. Just put cover it up bit by bit and hopefully it won't appear on his neck as well.

The mesh is using the skin where it's not supposed to!!
