I have tryed to skin some buildings but it doesent work

could someone tell me how to do this

you can skin buildings like units.but you have to reskin the .lowrez and .bmp of a building texture ,too. maybe you have to clean when it doesn´t works.

And did you get any errors in your log?

i will try the .bmp later i am on a differnt computer

no errors, it just didnt work

You don't have to reskin the Bump map.
