Change the number of cps in hero assualt?

How do you change the number of cps in hero assualt? I have 15, and I can't spawn at any of them or select them.

You probably forgot to add spawn paths.

Well, I do already have 6 (default) spawnpaths, but I probably need to add more and replace the old ones since I replaced the cps. Thanks for pointing out the obvious to me! I need more common sense. (...I'm a very smart cookie :wink: )

Wait....I thought the default was four spawn paths (and CPs), not six. :?

Well, you also have to make sure that the cps are referencing the right spawn path in its instance properties in ZeroEditor. Each CP must have an associated path with at least one node in order for you to be able to spawn there, so if you just have your first paths and no others, then you'll only be able to spawn at the four cps that are associated with them (and if you replaced them and didn't set their spawn paths right, you won't be able to spawn anywhere). So the solution is to make a new path for each CP (in the same layer as your CP objects) and make sure that the CP objects reference their own unique path.

Or maybe I'm just not understanding you. :P

I did solve that problem quite easily, by naming one of the cps cp1(team 1) and making 1 path for that and it worked. (I was able to spawn.) All I need to do now is do that to a lot more cps and place them in the proper spots and that part will be done.

the meaning of the first message could probably be that you have exceeded the limit of 16 cps....

Wll, now that is better. And now, a bit after I was able to spawn at all of them, the screen is black with no cps at all. What is the cause of this? Any ideas?

I do beleive they are, and it happened after I set up some new sides, and I did absolutely nothing to the cps. (Possibly a manual clean and a munge without localize?)
