I've never had the issue, but the same rules that apply to playing Convo Pack maps in instant action apply here (no lighting set to "high", no bloom, no programs in the background, etc.).

You might want to recheck how you put in the new planets. The camera goes through the same planet every time you zoom into a new planet.

Also, on zoom in, the fleet model is untextured.

Yeah, it's a bug. I decided not to bother you with it right now, since you said you were pretty busy. It's obviously not very difficult to switch them around, though.

No, I meant anything you'd need in terms of scripts to use as reference. But you're right, I could be more clear - Grev, the template to set up custom GC, is, like Zerted mentioned, not in the assets\shell, it's in GameData\addon\AAAv1.3patch\docs.

Unavoidable. The fact that it centers on planets at all instead of a random spot in the sky or a really bad angle took a lot of searching and guesswork (since there are no sources provided to the galaxy map), getting it to do more would be virtually impossible. (I think what it zooms "through" is a camera entity, but I'm not entirely sure. That has more to do with the positions the game itself set up, since those locations were never meant for planets.)

I posted the answer to your problem a page ago, and I'll repeat it here.
If you have:

a)r117 of the 1.3 patch installed
b)the file "custom_gc_5" in "GameData\DATA\_LVL_PC"
c)the file "rvsshell.lvl" in "GameData\DATA\_LVL_PC\SIDE"
d)the folder "SK1" in "GameData\addon"

...it will work. Go through and make sure all those things are there.

Then I've got nothing. There's no reason at all why that shouldn't work, if it's not an error on your end then it's some magical problem I've never heard of. (Especially since everyone else has gotten it to work.)

A couple things with space, are the CPs supposed to regain health while you don't, and why are bonuses disabled for space combat?

I'm not sure what you mean by "CPs regaining health," but bonuses aren't disabled for space combat. Just like in the regular Galactic Conquest, not all bonuses can be used in space (because they aren't pertinent), but those that can be are enabled.

I guess it's not just space. The sabotage bonus isn't working for multiple maps. Also, I can't move from the space below Naboo to the right to attack Geonosis (though the line still highlights when showing available moves).

CPs= computer players not command posts, sorry for being unclear, I guess I should have said NPCs.

Found a bug, the autoturrets of the autoturret bonus have no texture.

Yeah, that's not something I have control over. Those are being loaded by the stock .lvl files. (I would imagine that the problem will probably be the same in stock GC.)

Not working for me either, unless the 1.3 patch has been updated since the Conversion Pack 2.0 was put together for the .exe

It just shows the same old selection screen that was there beforehand. I even tried it with custom_gc_6. This is a week old install, and the Conversion Pack 2.0 is the only thing I've put on it.

It has been, the Pack comes with r83 of the 1.3 patch, you need r117 as mentioned in the readme:
