I don't think so... Looks like it could be from Dark Forces, but I'm pretty sure the graphics were not that good, but their stance suggests an RTS... EaW or FoC?

There are a lot of recent games here, but I'll post a old one. When I say "old" I mean "in the 90's". Try to guess what game it is.
Sorry for the very bad resolution, the game itself has a res of 800x600 or something like that, I had to resize it and apply many filters in GIMP.

The Extended Cut DLC isn't perfect. But hey, I teared up at moments.

Not spoiler free. Okay, yes. I cried when this happened. Thank goodness I did his loyalty mission in Mass Effect 2... or that would have sucked. Darn you Bioware and your epic camera angles. Spoiler free ones.

Random Garrus screen. More FemShep/Liara romance. Okay, this was Mass Effect 2: Lair of the Shadow Broker, but it's a great shot. Bioware knows how to set their cameras up, that's for sure. Might as well stick with Mass Effect 2.

Fortification makes my armor pretty... The dynamic trio. I love this squad. I call this one.... HDR. Those eyes... the best change they made to Liara from Mass Effect. Oh right, that one renegade FemShep I did forever ago. I totally forgot I did that. Heh, save editor and BAM. Legion from the start. Speaking of renegade... I'm still working on my ME3 playthrough of Arthur Shepard. My 100% renegade. Arthur is such an Diet Dr. Pepper...
