A few bugging bugs..

First bug:
Notice the blaster rifle. The barrel was red, now its a camo-like orange. The TGA doesn't look like that though. Is there a way to fix that?
Second Bug:
It was an AT-TE prop. It was working fine at first, except the texture was, somehow, using the LAAT's. I changed it to the rep_walk_atte.msh and its doing that.. here is the odf if it helps:

Your first "bug" looks like a conflict with texture names, or having more than 1 texture with the same name.
For the second "bug" try changing the ClassLabel to "armedbuilding" or any classlabel that supports bones.

I forgot i downloaded a new model. So i checked the msh to see what tga's its using (i dont know why). It uses barrel.jpg and shaft.jpg. But the textures are tga. Could that be why? do i change the tga's to jpg? or change the jpg in the msh file to tga?

Change the .jpg in the mesh file to .tga (but be sure to use a hex editor, not something like, say Notepad).
