I want to remove the unit points of the Jet Trooper. I need to get 11 or 12 points to use Jet Trooper.
How can i remove this points?

If you mean just for you, click on "Remove Point Limits" about 3/4 of the way down in the fake console menu.
For a map, you have to make a new side and add the jet trooper to it, then delete this line in rep_inf_default_jettrooper.odf and save.
