Strange ZE Problem

Well... gametoast (The site, not the people) was stupid again and made me sign in after I already had, and in the middle of amking a message therefore deleting it

. If mods could look into this, it would be very cool. Anyways, so my problem was, when I delete stuff, instead of just deleting the object I had selected, it deletes other random objects. Like once I had a large Yavin temple/base, and i deleted the outside, and the inside was deleted and so was a random cp that wasn't even near the building. Is there a fix bor this, like the boundaries fix that I could download, or is this something EVERYONE has to deal with? Or is it just my ZE. Thanks

I believe the fix for the delete error is the Zeroeditor Update 010505 from Psych0fred's site. Atleast, that is what the readme for it says. I honestly haven't done a before and after testing for the delete thing, so you will have to check it yourself (and hopefully tell us how it went).

In ZE, when you are going to delete something, make sure you double click the object (on main screen) so it becomes highlighted in your object browser, and then it will be the only thing you delete. if you just click once on an object (on the map screen, not in object browser) it will not become highlighted in the object browser and when you click delete it deletes the object you had highlighted on screen and whatever was highlighted in the browser (and sometimes everything in between the highlighted object and the one you wanted to actually delete [in the browser]). seems to work for me.
Pro Tip: double click objects to select for deleting to/and make sure the object you want to delete is the one highlighted in the object browser.
save and back up often

Hey Porch, they zeroe editor fix that LaserBlast told me about works, so you only have to click once, and there is no fear of accidentaly clicking once. I would really recomend you getting it because, IT WORKS!
