I wanted my world not to have fog and to have a large view distance so i changed my .sky file to this

so I changed the PC part and in game you can now see everything but the sky is black what did I do. Because if I change it back then you can see it so what can i do to fix it

Try doing a manual clean. Also, make sure the sky model and texture referenced in the .sky file are in your world1 folder. And you won't need those ridiculously high numbers for NearSceneRange and FarSceneRange, which by the way, is defined twice in the PC block and that may be causing some sort of conflict.
