sigh. i have said this a million times b4, but ill be nice and say it again. there are millions of threads asking this same question, some of which are mine. but because many of them have been deleted, ill post type my guide from a previous thread.

thanks obiboba. I realized now that all you need for your skin to work is just to anchor the layer. For example if I took a JPEG picture of google images and pasted it over a sky file , anchored the layer and saved it it would show up fine. If that made any sense at all then I hope it helps! lol.
