meh, the canon's all screwy, but I watch it because it's entertaining.

So Lucas said Ventress is Zabrak now?

Perhaps he does these sort of things just to make all the long-time Star Wars fans squirm.
He's probably on this forum right now, laughing at our reactions...

Ventress does not even look Zabrak. She's Rattataki, and that's final. :|
Mah boi, it matters not what moves Lucas makes, the fanboys will still cry anyway.

You have to admit that changing Maul and Ventress' origins is a slap in the face to established canon.

But I will hold judgment until the actual episodes air. The changes may not be as severe or concrete as they're being hyped up to be.

Iknorite?

I mean, some canon changes aren't that bad, but this was a slap-in-the-face kind of change.

I didn't get to watch tonight's episode cuz I was playing Halo Reach with some of my friends on Live. It was awesome. Anyway, I sure hope my DVR recorded it this time. Last week it didn't and I had to wait until Monday night to watch it.

Leland Chee said it doesn't contradict anything we saw. And from a certain point of view, it's true.

As for the episode: Meh. Nothing to special. Loved the cameos though.

I didn't see the whole thing, but from what I saw; it's the same endING-AS usual I noticed. The good guys arrested Greedo. I'm hyped up to see Delta Squad's appearance. Let's watch the fanboys cry.

This episode was actually pretty good. Even though, the guy who voiced the chairman seemed very familiar. I know I've heard his voice before.

You mean Live Free Die Hard, the one staring Bruce Willice?

Anyway, I looked it up and apparently he also provides the voice for Count Dooku and Cad Bane.

Cast list says its Corey Burton, the same guy who voices Dooku... and Sib Canay... in the same episode... He also does Bane. And Ziro the Hutt. So yes, you HAVE heard his voice before. Many times.

Hidden/Spoiler:
I honestly don't care about Star Wars anymore. It's just as if it's not focused on my generation anymore. I grew up watching the VCR tapes of the OT, then seeing Episode II when I was four, when it first came out. I don't like Karen Traviss books anymore. Too much focus on Mandos, anyways. Now it's all The Clone Wars, as if the previous, better series and the whole OT hadn't existed.
@ Alexrd: You're probably right. I bet it was a good episode. I don't pay attention to TCW anymore, though. I like watching Law& Order or anything related to the History channel.

I think there's more focus on the Clone Wars because people are trying to fix what wasn't done quite right in the actual movies.
