I am making new sides and the new skins appear in the game but they are in a T shape like fixed with their arms out and they float in the map it only happens when I edit the msh file to source the new tga please help!

waaah! slow down there. That pretty much depends wat u want to do. U can edit the default tga's and overwrite them wif that, too.

jsut edit the original tga XD never modifie a .msh file XD
