24 hours to vote!

Due to problems with the files, I can't continue this map as it was originally planned, so I'm holding a poll - do I do a BH map first or a Cor map first?

Again, It'll be from scratch or partially scratch.

You should add some stuff like discarded DC-15 rifles, blaster scorching dead 501st clones and Jedi just to make it look better.

no offence

but I think you should atleast add a little bit of detail and a little bit of interest on your maps before announcing them on gametoast.

I went through some of your topics and all of them were very under detailed, and definately not worth downloading.

(sorry if this makes me seem like a jerk)

No, I don't think you seem like a jerk (not that my opinion really matters). I really don't understand why BF2-Master keeps posting this kind of maps. PUT SOME TIME IN IT!

However, the idea isn't bad, and this could become a good map. Vehicles+ bounty hunters+ new arena.. Sounds good enough to me.
I'd suggest adding some stuff to the existing map perhaps though, not just the shipped shizzle ;)

I'm especially curious about Dengar :P Is it a new player model, or a rebel reskin that hasn't been made yet?

Forget it, I'm cancelling all my projects. Nobody seems to compliment any of my work. Just two or three people so far seem to have said anything other than 'put some more work into it'

There's a reason for that...

It's just constructive criticism. If you get a ton of negative feedback, don't drop everything and call it quits, work with the feedback until you get your map to where everyone can enjoy it. Although constructive criticism can sometimes sound rude, people are just trying to help you come out with an awesome map.

The reason people dislike you is because you start things beyond your level and then abandon it. Plus, the stuff you do release is incomplete and rushed.

I hate to say it, but Darth_Z13's right. I realize that at first, you have all these ideas about how you should change the game, and you want to do it all. Believe me, I've only been modding for a couple months, and I've experienced it. I tried to make a Cato Neimoidia map once, but it was pretty half-baked, and didn't work out the way I'd expected it to. Maybe I'll start it again when I'm more experienced.

One thing I suggest - do your research about ODFs and etcetera, toy around with The GIMP or Photoshop, and look at what experienced modders have made. Then, start on skins, then side mods, and work your way up. I started out as a skinner - just put them in Glamour Skins, no skin packs. And only work on one project at a time until you're really good.

There's my advice, take it or leave it.

^ Heh, that's EXACTLY what I need to do. Theres no way I can make a superhero map (I've recently been thinking about it) with my skills (Or lack of).
I think I'll make some smaller maps before I start on that one.

Thanks for the compliments guys!

Yuh, I know Palpie's office wasn't that close to the Temple, but It's more there for fun than story.

Could someone tell me how to get rid of the boundary around the Temple?

Hey, using that model for Dengar is a good idea! But the skin could use a bit more detail to make him look more like Dengar, the breastplate for example ;) ;)
