Hey im new here and to the modding side of things i was wondering where do i find the folder for the weapon skins and what not?

This stuff is covered in the documentation that came with the tools, and I'd recommend looking over some of the FAQ threads here before starting a project. Weapon skins (and I'm assuming infantry weapons, here) are in the msh folder of the side the weapon belongs to. (ex. data_***/Sides/rep/msh) That folder also has a subfolder labelled "PC", so check there if you can't find something.
