If I am not mistaken that is actually a Windows path problem. When was the last time you restarted your computer? Were you able to correctly munge before? If you were able to what was the last thing you changed that caused the errror?

hmm.. it started happening when i saved a copy of the WLD. file to the desktop. (just to have a copy before i added buildings)
but, last thing i did was add a building to my map) thats it! and it stopped working. i removed the building, and i still had the same error
It did correctly munge before.
and i havent restarted my PC in a while: but i have shut it down

So you have a prechanged copy of the wld file? If so try copying that back over, open ZE then do a save and try and munge that.

Trust me when I say it is not only you that ZE frustrates.
When you saved a copy to the desktop was that just a windows copy of it or did you save it there via ZE? If it was via ZE then when you go to open it again make sure you are opening the files that are in the modtools directory and not the one that is on the desktop. ZE can be fussy that way.
Also if you were to start a new map does it munge properly?

Hey good news! i found out that i saved a copy of Data_*** to my documents! so i copyed the world1 folder over the one in mod tools, and i don't get that error anymore!
But, now im getting this
ERROR[levelpack MAP.req]:munged\pc\map.terrain is not a binary UCF file!ERROR[levelpack MAP.req]:munged\pc\map.terrain is not a binary UCF file! [continuing]
2 Errors 0 Warnings
and thats it
:Edit: yes, i saved it to the desktop via ZE: other maps munge fine
