can you please post the content of the bfront2log here? its generated by running the map with the bf2modtools.exe?, more info about that cna be found in the everythingyouneedthread.

did you also check the units reqname and the odfname in its req?
im not sure if it matters whether the name is in capitals or not but its surely better to have costant naming.

Edit: It still doesn´t work and now I can play the hero (obi-wan) from the beginning without doing anything :runaway:

are your odf and unitreq called "RSF_Recon_Trooper"?
if they are, then it looks like evyrthing works, the log even says that the unit is added.
if the reocontrooper still doenst appear, try putting the addunitclass line above the adheroclass lines and post the foll bfront2log.

Ok i´ll do that and there both called "RSF_Recon_trooper", I would have posted the whole log in my last post, but it were too many characters.

Edit: It works !!! :bowdown: I put the line above the addheroclass and munged and it worked ! Thx everyone ,espacially D.U.C.K :bowdown: so all chill and listn to :music:
