I was wondering how do u make skins???
I know u use paint to paint the skin and change it but where do u actually get the skin???

They're located in assets-sides-(whichever faction you want to edit)-msh. Just pull up the .tga files and you're ready to roll!

u get the skins from the assets/sides/ "name of side" /msh folder, there in targa format and u can use photoshop to mess aroung with them

You need to convert the image first,I use IrfanView.

I use IrfanView too! It's a wonderful program. That's what I use to sharpen my skins.

Waaaaa i deleted photoshop by mistake can i convert the files to use it with a different program and then convert it back?
(and by the way stealth assasin(bf2) are u polish cus of ur pic)

If u delted it by mistake you should be able to re-install it because it takes a disc to load

Paint isnt the best program for skinning.. I suggest using GIMP

It's not under /lucasarts, it's under the BFIIModTools/assets (I think)/sides/[name of side you want to edit]/msh

ah i c... dont have mods gonna w8 till i have new pc. gonna get the clone trooper skins from glamour skins tread then edit them
