Vehicles Spawning Only Once

Vehicles Spawning Only Once

I've been converting Geonosis: Spire and I'm working on the XL mode. Everything works fine except the fact that the vehicles only spawn once. Here's some screenshots of the set up:

I used conquest as a base, however I needed to make new vehicle spawns which are the ones that aren't working. Any ideas?
