Password-Login Error

Hey 'Toasters,
After a long hiatus due to not being able to login, I got access to my account again through the "Forgot your password" function. However, whenever I try to change my password, I get a red error saying that my password does not contain the required characters. I've tried multiple times to change my password, but I've had to resort to "Forgetting my password" for every time I need to log in. Is this just me, or has anyone else had this problem?
