i'm not sure but i think i'm missing a file. When i put a gungan in my map (which i've done before) its ear things are all messed up, and the error log says its missing gungan.anims. to my surprise i found that i was missing this, only had gungan.zafbin no gungan.anims and no gungan.zaabin. I looked in assets and it was gone there to, as well in the assets of the map i used previously. I think I lost the file or something so if someone has an anims and maybe a zaabin they could give me these files or at least tell me if they exist i would be very thankful. However if they really don't exist i dunno how this could have worked in the past...and i really hope its not like aayla's tenticle problem which was unfixable no matter what i did.

Hmm... I've only got gungan.zafbin in my gun munged folder as well so it's not your fault. :?

Nope, I don't have the file either. Try munging off a new set of animation and it should create a .anims files along with it. The Aayla problem is fixable btw.

what do u mean munge off a new set of animation?

And the Aayla problem is not fixable for me as I have tried everything that's been said on this forum, and so far the only thing that has worked as been making a new data_123 folder and moving all the info to that folder, which is really annoying.

clean re-munge Gun side. That's what I do when I can't think what else to do.

Jedi Creation .doc teaches you how to make your own combos, blah blah blah. There's a section that teaches you how to munge custom animations using parts from shipped ones. Basiclly just munge a new animation using the gungan's assets and it should make you a .anims file.

The Gungans only need the .zafbin file, which is a custom skeleton that defines the height and ears. Just make sure you have the SkeletonName and height set correctly (same as the default) and you should have no problem. If you get the 'ears to the floor' bug it means the game can't find the custom Gungan skeleton.
