Not that new, but self made. The model was made by Kinetos, the reskin and weapon by me. It's one of Sword Fighting 2(WIP)'s hero classes.

It is a stormtrooper commander with a RT-97C Heavy Blaster Rifle. The mod is Dark Times II era on stock campaign of hoth (not the one in DT2 galactic conquest).
