Looks great. In my opinion, the sky could use a little work, though.

A 15-meter tall IPod Nano, a Commando that doesn't seem to fit in a football map, and the default "Soccer Ball" shape, with a few cylinders inside it and a smaller, stock "Soccer Ball" shape in the middle.

Well then. Certaintly not any form of football I'm familiar with.

I assume, with all these custom models, you will also have a football?

Also, how will you handle scoring?

EDIT -

I take that back, if you are not American, because then I suppose you would be reffering to soccer. In that case the thrid model is....still strange, but at least soccer/football-themed. Are you talking about American Football or Soccer?

Then how do you toss/catch the ball? How do you set up plays, try to gain yards, all the rules of football?

What house?

Without any rules, all it is is CTF with a flat map. Flat maps are never fun.

I dunno flat maps (one map) worked for me...my football map was pretty popular. It went over well with people who don't use other mods...lol

This thing has been in the workings for about a year right? (wish I was able to stick with modding that long) (Vista won't allow modding AND I lost my 3rd BF2 CD so I couldn't mod anyway)

I love it thunder.

For the record, I have Vista and can mod fine. In fact, I find Vista's organizational layout makes it a teensey bit easier.

This has really been in the works for an entire year? Wow.

I believe the custom models would be much better spent on a non-flat map.

But that's just me. Or the map.

I gotta agree, but I think he's going for the theme more than the gameplay. Not what I would have done, but more power to him.

Ah, Teancum double posted the exact same message. I'm just joking. But that is odd it shows two messages one at the end of page 2 and one at the top of page 3 but only one in the Message view box on the post reply page.

EDIT: Never mind it seems the forums are duplicating posts and it put this post back on page two too. :?

Anyway, I didn't know you were still working on this map Thunder and I haven't browsed the W.I.P./Released Maps forums in a long time but I'll try to give this map a download because I didn't when the beta was first released. Forgot all about it.
