What does RecoverFromTumble = 1 do exactly? Is it like when your falling if you can use a jump/jetpack or what?

"Hah, you force pushed me, but I'll regain my balance in mid air, like a cat, and force jump/jetpack/jump attack seconds before hitting the ground."

Ok thanks I was trying to make it so force push made people unable t use their jetpacks but was not sure if that was the right perameter.
