Yes, here's a list
-transports enabled in ctf
-all criticals are still destructable
-boarding party cps are still capturable
-you can't capture a capitol in this mode
-the capitols are indestructable except via death star
-You've got 1 minute to escape the ship
-No pics yet because I haven't finished scripting it. It is for a fact possible to do though.
-You copy my idea, I hunt you down
Very cool, i like the idea of the flag as a "targeting beacon"

then i think the you will use the targeting beacon of the mustafar mission and the hoth mission where they blow up the frigate or the antenna. that little small thing. its a bit like ctf so with a little bit of tweaking you could get the flag to be that beacon

And the Capital will really be blown into pieces ? And not only rumbling and shaking ? And if the Cap is destroyed, what will happen to the corridors ? Can they be destroyed as well ?
And where does the flag start ? in deep space ? Or on an imperial SD ? I thought your CTF would concentrate on Hallway fights - so I suggest a simple 2 flag CTF, with one party in the one Hangar, and the other one in the other one.This mode would make the interiors more interesting.

Probably not on a SD, that way a rebel could get the flag and walk straight to the rector of the SD.
Xwingguy, will the flag have timer so that you have to be at the enemy reactor for a certain amount of time before the effect triggers?

yes, but if the flag starts in deep space, xwingguy will have to deal with transforming a space flag into a ground flag.

To be honest, there is no difference. It looks like they just used a wierd hack to make it work like that.
Don't worry about how I blow up capitol ships. I've already go that working.

Hmmm... Xwingguys think about this... ONce i get teh frigates how i want them, they can be used in CTF only. Just a thought.

Speaking of flags:
Eddie Izzard: Do you have a flag?
Well, CTF would be cool and stuff, though I don't play CTF really. I love assault mode when it comes to space. More...senseful if you know what I mean. And besides...I dont want to fight the enemy for a freakin flag lol, I just wanna blow em away and get done with it.

And rack up to 300 score to win the map. Lol Kinda picky with space maps, I am, hmm, yes. :yod:

ooooooooooooo i can't wait i can't wait i can't wait. Oh and one last thing. U know on assult mode i think space maps end to fast so can u make the score limit quite a lot so i can play this map for hours and hours and hours

This map is sounding just so unbelievably good it's not true. Xwingguy, you know how you've created your own 1 flag CTF mode, I don't suppose you would feel like or it would possible to do Protector_Pulch's idea (unless you already are), like a 2 flag CTF, with a flag in the bridge of 2 of the opposing ships? Becasue I think that would be freakin' awesome too!

That's certainly possible. I know for a fact that you can grab a flag as a soldier, then get in a ship, still have it, and get back out without losing it.

Ah, crud nevermind. It's the landing regions which are the problem. Although I still believe that there's a way to get this to work.
