1.1 patch won't install in SWBF2 from D2D [Solved]

1.1 patch won't install in SWBF2 from D2D [Solved]

I got BF2 off of D2D (Direct2Drive), but when I run the 1.1 patch installer, it says:

Code: Select all

Star Wars Battlefront II not found.

Please reinstall the game from the original CD-ROM and try again.

Why would it say it's not found? It's installed, and it's in the exact same directory as if it was installed via CD. How do I fix this?

Apparently SWBF2 from Direct2Drive is already patched, no need to patch it twice. :)
